Rosé Balsamic Vinegar
Made from Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir) grapes, this balsamic vinegar highlights absolutely everyting we enjoy about rosé wine. It exhibits a bright acidity with soft subtle aromas of crabapple, watermelon, raspberries, strawberries and wet stone. Since its recent introduction, it has quickly become one of our staff favorites and is extremely versitile.
Try it with your favorite salads or to make a refreshingly bright vinaigrette when paired with a flavored oils or fresh herbs. Also an excellent option for chicken or vegetable marinades and sauces.
