This Picual is a fantastic, very fresh, robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Produced in California, it has all the goodness that is typical of an earlier harvested Picual. It is a medium intensity, balanced Picual with highly fruity aromas of green almond, fresh fig, tomato plant, banana peel, and nettle. It has notes of green herbs, mint, and sweet sensations of green apple. Absolutely world-class and spectacular. It stays persistent in the mouth with a mild black pepper finish. (460 polyphenol)
