Produced on a 5 generations small family estate, this olive oil will be a special treat for those that like a fruity but lighter and buttery version of Greek EVOO. These ultra premium olives are picked and pressed on the family-owned orchard in the foothills of Southern Kalamata Greece.. We are one of a handful of stores in the U.S. that has access to this limited production, sweet, medium intensity oil.
This outstanding golden colored EVOO has a floral aroma, a creamy and buttery texture, and a light olive fruit flavor. It will be a star in any salad recipe, paired with all types of Vinegars. It is a legendary ingredient in Chicken and Lamb dishes that can also feature Lemon and Oregano.
