Blackberry Ginger Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Blackberries
- The Olive Tap’s Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar
- Sourdough Bread
- Triple Cream Brie
- Butter
- Honey
- Salt
Directions:
- In a small sauce pot cook down the blackberries with about a tablespoon of the Olive Tap’s Blackberry Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, drizzle of honey, a splash of water, and a pinch of salt. Cook until water has evaporated and berries are a jammy consistency.
- Slice your bread and butter all sides. Add butter to a hot cast iron pan. Griddle the interior parts of the bread first. Once brown, flip. Add cheese and berries mixture.
- Place the sandwich opened faced under the broiler until cheese appears to be melted.
Close the sandwich and enjoy…a truly decadent twist on a classic!
