Spicy Aglio Olio Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
- 1-2 Cloves of Garlic
- 1-2 Cups of Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Diced zucchini
- Parsley
- Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Pound of Pasta
- The Olive Tap’s Spicy Garlic Parmesan Olive Oil
- The Olive Tap’s Fig Balsamic Vinegar (substitutable)
Directions:
- Start a pot of water for your pasta.
- In a preheated pan, add cooking olive oil, onions, garlic, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Quarter or half the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pan.
- Mix and allow to cook down while you dice the zucchini.
- Add the zucchini to the pan and if needed add extra oil and salt and pepper.
- Boil pasta. When el dente, add to the pan and fold in.
- Finish with fresh grated parmesan cheese and drizzles of the Olive Tap’s Spicy Garlic Parmesan Olive Oil and the Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
