Mallory’s Homemade Walnut Oil Brownies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup flour
- ⅓ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup The Olive Tap’s French Roasted Walnut Oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and chocolate chips. Be sure that the chocolate chips get coated with the mix.

In a small bowl, add the eggs, walnut oil, and vanilla. Mix with a fork until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until just combined.
Pour into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool then slice.
